Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals have not been removed or tampered with.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or store credit has been processed.
